Yes it is.
Nice.
Why don’t you do many sanded finish?
About all I can do in my garage.
Noice Revolution!
sweeet!
Nice! Zapped into the future…
This may have been brought up before… the similarities between the Zap, the reverse tear drop and the Pig design that is. This isn’t about which came first or who deserves credit for the design, just to point out a specific feature on certain boards through the ages. A complete 180 from the wide point forward, pulled tail feature that is equally valid in certain conditions. A great argument for diversifying your quiver.
Solo, I agree with you about not doing alot of clear sand only boards, but that board you have could pretty much change my mind. Very cool board with a fresh look. keep them coming(-:

Amazing shot of the pig. No doubt that was some of the first experimentation with wide point back. It’s funny how certain things get lost in time only to re emerge later. Ours is an interesting sport.
I wonder if Dale ever met Geoff? Now thats a conversation I would like to have listened to.

Mmm…nice indeed. Could we be privileged with a rocker shot?

I will have to get the shaper or new owner to send me one. The nose has pronounced rocker…it’s flatter in the back half of the board.
I remember a thread a year or so ago, that discussed those spitfire? fins.
Are these available for purchase?
Wasn’t probxLarry making them?
Beautiful board, even in white.
Well, whatever. If it’s a bother don’t bother. Only reason I wanted one is cause I’m working one very similar to yours (7’6" x 11 1/2 x 23 x 16 x 3 1/4) and am deciding on rocker. Do you know the nose and tail rocker numbers. From your description I’d assume mabey 6" nose and 2" tail?
Thanks

It’s not a matter of bother. The board is not in my possesion. I am happy to help if I can. Your close on the tail…I like em even flatter on the back…like 1. 75. I will see of the shaper will take another picture for you.

They are available from my site solosurfer.com and you can also get to it via Larry’s site. Larry makes the fins for me. It’s been great having his experience and enthusiasm. Thanks for the compliment.

This is the thread.
No, what I meant is if it is difficult to get a picture from the owner, don’t worry about it.
Is this more of a small wave board then?
