just tryed phoning fiber glass supplies

so i just tryd phoning them to make my order but it sent me though some long thing with hit 1 for sales 2 for this guy 3 for this guy and i hit one for sales but it said no ones at the desk are they closed today or is something messed up? :S

Monday is a crazy day when shippments are arriving and possibly the sales guy was using the bathroom. I just got off the phone with them. 11:00 AM to 1:00PM lunch time breaks between sales guy and owners. Hope that helps my friend. I know how it feels, Monday and Fridays are crazy days for me, hard to get all phone calls while working in the factory (-:. Mahalo,larry

relax , I do business with these guys; sometimes they dont answer the phone;

I email them what I want, questions if I have any, give em ’ my CC#, phone # and they will either reply by email or call me back.

Try email and hold on to the horsies a bit.

Explain where you are and that you want a quote ,keep it strictly business.

Tell him i say happy birth day :slight_smile: i was just worried you guys may have closed or something such as a holiday since its BC day here in canada but thank you very much i wasnt trying to complain or anything i can see you guys have amazing  service and even have a whole automated phone system set up wich impresses me :slight_smile: i sent you an email :slight_smile:
