Killing the messenger

Well, I just delivered 2 boards that I had dropped off to the glass shop 4 months ago. They were to be put on display at the WindandSea Classic event today. I tried to get them to leave me keys, so I could insure they were done on time, I was promised by 10 AM this morning. I was able to pick them up at 2:30 and get them to WindandSea by 4:30, just as every one was packing up to leave. Needless to say my customer was less than happy, my answering machine had a series of calls, each one more nasty than the last. The reason for the delay, oh Plumeria prepaid for boards that came in months after these hit the shop. Sounds very lame to me, what ever happened to, in first out first. That is the last of my glassing biz’ they get. http://www.JimtheGenius@aol.com

I’d definitely take my business elsewhere. I currently use a glasser / airbrusher that only requires approx 4 weeks for turn-around. And that’s when they’re busy.>>> Well, I just delivered 2 boards that I had dropped off to the glass shop 4 > months ago. They were to be put on display at the WindandSea Classic event > today.
