Late 80's Longboard made by Austrailian Shaper.....in Bondai??

Hey guys,

 

I thought I would pass this photo along.

 

It was given to me by my neighbor on O’ahu, Andy Cochran. He said his mate made boards in Bondai?? I think he said he went back to surf and visit the shaper once in awhile.

 

I got a chance to ride the board in 89-91. I remember it being a great board!

 

Hard to tell, but there is a turqoise stripe down the center of the board, The side fins were glassed on at an extreme angle. Maybe the car is more recognizable!!

Haha, the old ford. I had one similar. Sucked juice like an 8, even though it was a six. Fit 5 full grown rugby players in it no worries. Mobile lounge. Fucked if i can see the board
