I noticed today after final sanding a 7’2" fun board i just shaped for the summer waves here in Ormond Beach and Daytona, that i get these little holes every so often. Is this air in the foam when it’s made, or do i have my air pressure up to high when i’m blowing off the dust? I just can’t figure it out. I’m guessing i might have the air to high or maybe it’s air pockets in the foam. I’m just wondering if anyone else has seen this? Thanks, guys and keep up the super work. Have fun this summer. Later, Stephen
Stephen: Probably small voids in the foam. With a sanded finish you should’nt notice them at all. With darker tints they could be a problem. Make a note of where they are and push a little extra resin into them as you glass the board.
