Doing a 3 fin bonzer…ordered the side runners…can’t remember…are they single or double foiled? Need to know for toe-in reasons…
it’s coming back to me…single foiled…1/4" toe in…???
BONZER Q + A thread
that’ll tell you all you need to know .
Oops maybe not.I see Shwuz’s post with the MC fin diagram don’t work no more.Sorry
I took the liberty of assuming you meant 5-fin .I don’t think Lokbox do a 3-fin side runner ?
youd be correct on the long runners…you can find glasson versions pretty easily though.
all the bonzer fins are single foiled, 1/8" in each side (1/4" total), even the three fin kind
I use Lokbox 7.0 x 2.5 for 3-fin side runner, works dang nice
We only do the 5 fin set-up. You can run those individually if you so desire. Feel free to PM me with any tech questions…Jim
Someone should mention that that fin set up diagram is not totally accurate. The Brothers overlap the front and back runners by about a half an inch.
Yeah i noticed that too,but the Lokbox brochure describes the base lengths as 4 4/5 and 5 1/3 , so if the front most and rearmost points are right, you’ll get your overlap.
Love that bonzer of yours by the way.
That diagram was done by Larry Block for Red X installation off of Malcomb’s dimensions for runner placement. As long as you go off the same rear dot position you should get the overlap that Malcomb intended with LokBox as well.
