Anyone here make or ride a longboard quad? How did it go? Likes and dislikes?
I ride a 9’1" quad here in Australia. Likes sucky waves, surprisingly good on the nose. Have to be over the fins to swing her around.

i built 2 last week. . . only 8’2s tho. . ones a custom. . . built one for my wife… wich means i shot gun the first ride! i let you know how it works
I have a 9’ Eaton Zinger. Quad fin w/ channels. It loves steep fast waves. On smaller wave its slugish going from rail to rail. Love it on big days, well big for NC.
I had just made myself a quad fish that went so well, I just had to make my new longboard a quad also. Unfortunatley, I spread the cluster a little much and it drew turns a little different than I liked. I have since installed a thruster fin and haven’t ridden it as a quad since. I think that if I had placed the trailers a little more forward it would have worked better for me.
