This question came up a few weeks ago. Here was my response to the other guy...
Are you planning to glass the board by yourself? If not and your willing to drive a little bit there's a place called Resin Works in Escondido (East of Oceanside) that has a shaping room that you can use for $10 per board, per day provided that you get your board glassed there. Nice set up and it worked out good for me because I wanted to focus on the shaping process my first time out, not the glassing. The glassing rates are fair and turn around time was pretty quick.
