Love form FP

ferret, Sorry, you’re wrong. If the claims you make are from what someone else has told you, you are being mislead. If you have somehow inferred them from something you have read, then you are inferring incorrectly. I have NEVER taken away anybody’s username – in fact I can’t – my software won’t let me. And I have absolutely NO allegiance to the FAT PENGUIN or the morons who push it. In fact I would be completely happy if they never came around here again. You should really be certain before you accuse someone of something. In the future, if you think there is some sort of injustice going on around here, please feel free to email me personally at: Thanks, Mike p.s. If you really want ET and the FAT PENGUIN gone, just STOP RESPONDING to them.

Yes I have a problem, Theres far too much inbreeding in surfworld! http://www.geocities.com/wunderboyi/ninetysixpercent.html

And you are the offspring…

just stop responding

Stop pushing the damned Fat Penguin on us all the time, take it to the trade show and let people who are interested in it buy it there. What were you thinking spending so much money on a surfboard design.

Stop pushing the Fat Penguin on us, you seem to get a hostile response everytime your on here, which would seem to indicate that maybe the people who use the message board are not interested in the $100,000 surfboard. The same response is got when a pop out thread is started, search anything about surftech and you will see what I mean. Then look at the type of messages get the most positive response, note that it is usually something like a twin keeled fish surfboard, retro designs like an egg, longboards that type of thing. Its all about marketing your product to the right audience.

Just stop responding And dont look when you see my T.E. name…Trade shows web sites location shooting free boards…Get real 2 Ausi battlers… This is what you do when you are a starving Australian who has to show off shore success before even been thought of as a little bit serious…and design registrations and lawyers to protect IP and pro riders all of this is what you the consumer expect and thats why you all are so easily hoodwinked! If I give away information people will, are, have, undoubtly built boards and are testing them as we speak ! the feedback from this will then encourage a few brave souls to purchase FP for US$20 perinch…Although pruchasing a board from me is not allowed “ANTI FP CLIQUE” These courageous men will embarass themselves to hell just so you are safe from me…and Im not selling boards anyway…Im giving away information…Im not marketing…Im giving away information…Try and buy a board I dare you throw in together and buy one to sacrifice…340,000 surf related forums one board at each thats how many FP?..so you get the picture, sales built on performance and performance driven demand…not marketing hyperboal like “afterburners”(swizzle stick)and venturi channel(gemini)…Performance is the only option to capture the world of surfers…real advances and positive design materials not cheap and nasty AU$40 blanks… The mass market has no alternative but to change and in many ways… http://www.geocities.com/wunderboyi/ninetysixpercent.html

Fuck Bro your coming across as a bit of a pyschopath, whats with the constant responses, are you just going to sit there all day and wait for messages. your not doing your profile any favours acting like this.

just stop responding

So if we stop responding you’ll quit spamming this board then, Right? OF COURSE NOT! You’d lose the chance to pick up idiots! That’s why you want sane people to leave you alone. Every time anyone engage you, you come off looking like the mental case that you are. You aren’t wanted here. Get the hell out.

Hey y’all! His designs will work real swell on specific types of waves. At least his design looks like a neat jet and he has figured out that a pretty lady next to a board can make the loins move just a little. I was with Flecky and Jack when we concocted the push the nasty lady campaign for Black Flys sunglasses. It worked! The Fat Penguin is so early 80’s in my quiver of crazy contraptions. Closed minded surfers always laughed at (and still do) anything slightly different. I’ve built versions similar to Fat Penguins with 6 fins, 5 fins, 4 fins, 3 fins , 2 fins, and 1 fin, bonzers, reverse bonzers, football fins on heel rail, turbo fins on toe rail, Bobby Owens fins, boomerang fins, winged-keel fins, assymetric planshapes, and almost every vent and bottom cotour you can think of. They all were fun in certain conditions. They never looked like a jet though. I’'m not too stoked on real jets. I’ve been in Boeing in the middle of the night and watched stoned butt-rockers retrofitting mistakes that QC didn’t catch. Flex is the future. Love Delbert P.

don’t respond

Delbert P., In one sense, flex isnt the future, its the past. Its just that mainstream surfing still hasnt caught up… over 30 years later. Along with the right materials, tuned flex is the final frontier… a powerful characteristic which has the potential to synergize the best, yet often conflicting, aspects of surfcraft design.

Post ONE picture of any FP on a wave over 6 feet high. You can’t do it, can you? Proof positive in my opinion, you are nothing but a useless tool, and your board sucks big time…

If you say so Keith ! Watch it though Kelly Slater could be testriding one now…?HOw would you know… I suppose Kelly would ask you first before he tried something different… http://www.geocities.com/wunderboyi/ninetysixpercent.html

post some video a number of people here have volunteered to host it if you don’t have it, shoot it, dv video cams are a dime-a-dozen these days

DON’T POST

I agree flex is in the past, but just wait until you see the future. I get paid real swell, to be an R&D swami. I presently have 5 different future directions for surfboard constructions to morph. All current developments have lots of flex, and surf insanely well over a broader selection of waves than stiff boards. It’s just a matter of zeroing in on the most environmentally friendly mfg. techniques. Envision skiis or snowboards made of concrete. That’s kind of how I feel when I jump back onto any sort of conventional surf materials. The next five year rollercoaster ride in surfboard evolution is going to be a good one. I jumped into this website because my pretty wife is out of town, and I got tired of people bagging on Surftech. There will be a new construction for custom sticks and a super-enviro friendly one that can only be molded…this will be part of the future. Love D. Pumpernickel …I started my career with a fridge compressor as a vac. pump twenty some years ago…they can hit 29.9 merc. Somehow I now get paid to study flex patterns in surfboards.

Its a proven fact that Flexible fins have their place. What`s flex got to do with standing on a surfboard? Flex a little here and a little there. So what? People are still trying to copy Greenough. Except they are trying it standing on surfboards! Way back in the early 1960s Greenogh understood he had to give up standing to reach his goals. Kneeling was the only way to develope his short flex ideas. Why not try to pick up where he left off? Follow in his footspteps. How many of us have ever done that? We got to learn to walk before trying to run.

If you felt offended, use your real name, appreciate the site for what it has to offer - less the drivel, send Swaylock a donation in appreciation AND let’s all not respond to absurd “Chubby Duck” design absurdities if that’s how we perceive them.
