Hi, can anyone point me to a resource where I can learn to make decals for my blank. What is it printed on, etc… Thanx… --NM
I have used both rice paper and cotton fiber (tried both 25% and 100% cotton fiber) laser/inkjet paper with a inkjet printer. These all seem to work well for logos and anything else you can come up with on the computer. The Rice paper is nice as it is more transparent so if the prints are not solid than you don’t have to go nuts trimming. For printing I use an older Cannon BJC-8200 (Think it has been replaced with the S820) anyway decent photo quality at a reasonable price. But suspect folks are using almost any variety of printers out there. Best to test some few first with your printer on some leftover foam check for thinks like bleeding. To get real fancy, print companies can set up screens and your logo laminates can be easily reproduced at high quality. There has been lot of past discussion on this in the Archives and a quick search for printing laminates should bring up a lot of info.
