I’ve heard that You can develop very severe allergic reaction if You get epoxy on your skin? You don’t seem to bother too musch about that, how come? Whenever I come near the epoxy stuff I always put on gasmask, barrier cream, gloves and completely cover the rest of my body… Take care /Erik
Howzit Erik, Some people can get an extreme adverse reaction to epoxy. I work with it when necessary but not that much. I understand that Bruce Jones can’t get near the stuff now because of the allergic reaction. Also if you use acetone to clean up (not the best for epoxy) your acetone will smell like cat pee.Aloha , Kokua
my skin gets inflamed when I use epoxy.It happened later on down the line after a few years.I wasn’t glassing boards but gluing wood with West Epoxy and not being careful with the glove thing.We used denatured alchohol and acetone for clean up.Wish I had known Greg way back then.Now I wear gloves and have no problem.
