the board is supposed to be surfed Twinzer but i let the fifth plugs to allow different fin set-ups.

Here’s a little background for those who are interested:
For the record Manny and Wil Jobson worked together for a while last year here on the west side of Santa Cruz. Wil did some guest shaping for Mandala during that time. The tail concept on the board shown is very much Jobson influenced. Wil being the inventor of the Twinzer and favoring the fang-tail with a slightly fluted bottom as he does. The parallel rail lines and forward wide point won’t lend themsleves very well to surfing with a center fin but the proud owner will enjoy lots of opportunities to tune the board with different fin set-ups to be sure.
Hopefully Wil will show up again from his place up in Washington and we’ll have some more of his twinzers here in Santa Cruz. I have one and it’s great fun. Manny is up in San Francisco these days and I’m sure shaping like crazy as he has a pretty strong following.

Don’t sell yourself short there Lob. Your board looks technically precise and has a very clean glass job. Some of us appreciate that sort of thing!
