i also like a lot the tutorials from andrew w on youtube from gecko surfboards, they are very detailed, and have an easy step by step aproach.
plus for first time shapers, he does rail bands an teaches how to mark them instead of just using the planer without markings like most of the youtube and other videos.

Shout out to a youtube channel called ‘project_bastard’. Having basically seen every how to series I found this guy is doing the most indepth series out there. Focused on doing your first board, but touching upon some technical stuff that is never touched upon in other videos.
Series is not finished yet tho, quite lengthy.
Found Zack flores to be a good one as well. I like his rails videos specifically.
