It’s not unverifyable slander. Being critical of ideology or sales tactics isn’t slander. Nor is giving an honest impression of customer service or poor products btw.

Someone is posting under a real name but the moderators have no proof it is that actual person

It’s blatant spamming with sales pitches or low post count members forming gang attacks or promotions.
Punishment should be simple for specified infractions

No exceptions. The warning should spell out why. Other sites use and infraction system. Three infractions and your out or something along those lines.
Most everything else should be allowed to maintain freedom of expression and the moderation doesn’t need a bunch of discussion. Just quick decisive action and moving on. That leaves room for almost complete freedom of expression with little but common sense restraint. Then again…we could just self police as has also been done. People who surf are varied, but I think have the love of the ocean and board craft in common which gives all of us a bit of and organic and also artistic nature. That organic nature is what should be celebrated. IMO.
Good luck with the moderator election. There are some good people on the list. Choose well. I think Bernie oneuela would be a good one just to toss his name into the fray. He may have zero interest.

Yes, where is it? The one working example is in Herb's hands, to use/test etc. I, on the other hand, am in no particular hurry to let the world see what it is. For clarity, it is NOT a fin design. It is a FOIL design, that has a high hydrodynamic efficiency. The foil design can be mated with ANY fin design/shape, for improved performance. The truth is, this sort of thing just isn't that important to me. Interesting, yes. Important, no. Is this helpful to your understanding?
