i’m looking for a couple of good modern longboarding videos… i have all the classics and a bunch of cruising flicks… but i haven’t been able to find any decent newer longboard videos… anyone have a favorite or maybe even a top 5 list to help me out? thanks jg
don’t get single fin yellow as it is the longest most boring commercial for a board manufacturer ever made.(i will say it was a rather smart ploy by the manufacturer.)

Check out “Super Slide” came out in '99 seemed to have some decent footage.
Check out the longboard mag videos Contours, Powerglide and especially the latest one which I like the best but I can’t remeber the name (soundtrack by Sglitlhy Stoopid). Very nice and polished footage of longboarders riding Pipe, Puerto and other big waves plus all the progressive longboarding you can handle with just a bit of cruising. Also, if you can find them, check any of Herbie Fletcher’s videos, especially those from the early to mid 90s, helicopters, aerials, 360s, slip slides at will.
Dale- i’ve come close a couple of times, but fortunately that wasn’t me.I last drove in the dark down there about 8 years ago-24 hrs. straight-not too smart for a number of reasons, thus no mas at night.(at least on the pavement.in the dirt is another story…)

I recently aquired “Down Side UP” an Aussie production featuring Bonga, Dave Simons, Beau Young and others. Lots of modern longboarding with the boys tearing up Aussie breaks and Hawaii.

a friend of mine told me that the asking price on that green board in single fin yellow is 1400 without color. Why would this board be so much, and a cooperfish with all the options and color cost 500 less?
