Hi David -
I asked about the very same thing awhile back. My question was in regards to pre-stressing the blank to create more spring and maybe create that “magic” board.
Basically, I wonder if any blank that has been rocker tweaked has some sort of addition or loss of flex compared to a “natural” rockered blank.
I see a problem, I see a solution.
The problem is that you could easily set it all together with a twist. The solution is to use straight bottom edges on all the vertical planks, then lay them on a known flat surface.
Problem solved.
