Okay. So after making the videos about the DIY On the fly depth adjustment, I got a lot of messages about doing some handle relocation videos. Now there is alot of info about the relocation but I believe I have made it extremley easy to understand with these videos. Hello -Sir I didn’t get your name? JIM here. Anyway, I ended up keeping my stock hitachi pp. So I will try to do the mods. Question: can we use the stock knob? Or do the new parts need a completely different knob? I’m trying to cut costs. Ty for vids! Btw I don’t care about relocating handle.

Sorry but the old know will not work. It is threaded and the new knob will not be. I guess you could drill out the threads but that seems a bit difficult in my opinion.
