more goofy Futures questions...

I’ve noticed some guys route out the Future fin box holes before painting the shaped blank. Is this the normal procedure or can the holes also be routed after painting? Would the routing process screw up the paint job? Also, does Future make a Vector Foil for their twin fin templates?? kirk

You can route your futures anytime before you lamination. Before or after airbrushing, its just preference, your not gonna get any blowouts to ruin your spray job or anything. The only problem i could see you having is if your paint went on to dry and was chalky, vs. a good bond, then you could peel off your paint simple by putting your jig on he board… But normal handleing will do the same thing, if your spray jobs to dry… GL
