anyone have any tips on how to keep futures boxes from catching and destroying the sandpaper?
Howzit surflab, Tell your sander to grind the boxes down to the level of the bottom first thing like you do with FCS plugs. Aloha, Kokua
he does after they open up though thats when they are catching the paper he doesnt have the issue with the redx boxes though
ive had a similar problem but only with 240 and finer .the heavier papers are no problems coz they have a more solid backing ,so it could be you need a more rigidly backed sandpaper …
if its with only fine paper i have no answers except be careful…
