Tasted the sweat and dust, smelled the resin (not so bad, epoxy) stabbed myself with glassed fiber and made a mess that my own mother would be proud of, I now feel like I’m part of the club.
Here’s the specs. 6’8x20.5x2.5 N12 T15 5 fin (I wanted a quad but Bammbamm808 talked me into five. Thanks for the help placing and routing them!) 2.1 pound EPS blank. 4 oz fin and deck patch with single 6 oz bottom and double 6 oz top. 2:1 Resin supplied by Fiberglass Hawaii. Yellow tint. Shaped and glassed on my lanai.

Maybe it was the being exposed to the McKee virus or seeing some of Rawson’s new boards down at Tropical Blends.
but all my new boards from now on have and will that exact same fin box setup with the possible exception of a standard fin box in the back for more versatility. I think it definitely is the setup of the future. So many options available out of one design.
