Few months ago I started a new project with some polyurethane blocks.
It’s a 7’8’’ x 23 1/4’’ x 2 1/2’’ with 3 1/4’’ nose rocker and around 1 1/2’’ tail.
Also did a nose block as an experiment and two stringer inserts where the fin box.
As I’m used to, foam stain it’s the answer.
About the glass job … top - 6oz and 6oz reinforcement from 3/4 to tail, bottom 4oz and 4oz reinforcement 1/4 to tail.
Poly resin due the high cost of the epoxy here in Spain.
I am also in another project, a blunt nose 9’1 x 23 1/2’’ x 3’’ longboard. I’ll also use tail and nose wooden blocks and the nice stringer inserts for the fin box.
