New Resources Feature: Reply to Reviews

I have made the following changes to the resources reviewing system:

  • If you are a link owner, and someone reviews your resource, you should now get an email notifying you of the review.
  • As a link owner, you can now reply to reviews. Reviewer will be notitfied of your reply.
If you use this new feature and notice any bugs, please let me know.
