Home- Appreciate how good it is , can’t take things for granted.
Shop - Improve in all areas , practice makes perfect. Just setting up a new shop so no excuses.
Surf - More shacks and longer tens and really try and let one go through to the pack.
Swaylocks - less bitching and people with agendas and more exciting stuff that makes you want to build one with photos from Chipper, just like it used to be.
1.) get back in the water, my elbow is only 85%, and i can’t surf. Expect to be in the water in early jan, but a NY day dawn patrol would be soo sweet.
Do a cutlap, pigmented bottom, and resin swirl deck on my twinny, and have it come out reasonably ok, not expecting great, just ok.
Take my daughter to swimming lessons.
Lose my small but gaining beergut, it runs in the family but im gunna try to buck the trend.

Home…well, that’s up to her. The woman is crazy, of course. Otherwise, she’d have dumped me quite a while back. Oh, and about a month’s work fixing things up. And a good veggie garden, plant some fruit trees.
Shop… machine tools. A nice little lathe and a nice little milling machine. There’s only so much you can do with wood…or composites. Fix the mig welder, stuff like that.
Oh, and Todd - hold off on the ‘for-real’ surf shop. Been there, done that, it’s a fun hobby but as a money maker? naaah.
Work in general: more time on the water. Shift over from blue collar to a no-collar/white collar mix.
Boards - yep, some of my slightly mad ideas could stand to be built. Along with figuring out a tank-test rig, so mebbe I don’t have to build the screwier ones full-sized. Instrumentation. Talk about your multi-year project…
Health. Haaaa - short of as new body, I’ll settle for not going downhill much faster than I am now.
Surf. Heh- see ‘health’ above.
Sways… couldn’t do better than Todd’s "To cut up, make you friggin clowns laugh, and make some new friends. " I mean, this is surfing, okay? Toys. Playing on the ocean. Lets not take it too seriously.
