Before I left to live in Thailand I was riding a Bryning Spear 6’ 10" as my only short board and it was great. Saying nothing of the myriad variables at work of course.
Have you played around with your fins on your 7’2" at all or are they glass ons?

in the process of finishing the 7’2…i put in probox boxes so i can adjust them up or down in the boxes. I didnt like the look of FCS and mates have had plugs pulled…soon as i get her in the water, i’ll let you know how she goes.
