I forgot a “thank you to Hicksy” for stripping the glass off the board for me the night before I came out …good job mate !! thanks ! it saved me both time and “the itch” …
it was 102 degrees F in the shed by 10am , unfortunately, when I did these swirls , so I had to work QUICKLY !!
…IF I had known how to do an epoxy swirl with resin not soaking into the foam straight away , then that would have been my first choice .
[maybe I’ll practice that on my foam skate deck shape, when this project is sanded , filler coated, and …FINished]

Last night , Hicksy took to it with a belt sander , and smoothed it right out, in readiness for the gloss coat .
