Hello all NJ back yard shapers. I have located a guy that is willing and able to get blanks for a split in shipping as well as doing contract glass work. He operates under the Fly Boards name. He does Gene Cooper Type resin work and is able to get walker foam. Email me at and I can give you his phone number. He is working on a website in the near future. He wants to get as much contract glass work as he can. I asked him to give me a ball park on a 10’ Long board he said glassed and polised 200-250. Hope this helps Kevin
Last I heard FLY was now operating somewhere in Cape May??? They used to be in Bradley Beach. Just wondering. I called them about 5 years agao and to be honest they were not at all helpful. But who knows perhaps he was having a bad day. Oh well. I’d definitely be interested in blanks. I have a few buddies who are also ready to take the plunge. I’ll e-mail you and maybe we can set something up with FLY.
By the way, $250.00 to glass a 10’ seems damn steep.
I think FLY is working out of a building at the Woodbine Airport in Cape May, but I am not sure.
