just wondering if there are any leashes MADE in the US or Australia or not china. i was looking for a new leash the other day at a surf shop and i couldn’t find one… US would be perfered as i am tying to go all made in the USA.

Hotline leashes are made in the Hotline warehouse in Santa Cruz. Last time I was there Jeff Scott was putting together a batch.
Howzit jip, Being a no leash surfer I can only pass on what I've heard. I've been told that Destination Surf makes some of the best leashes on the market but I don't know where they are made. Aloha,Kokua

Why dont you make your own. All you need is some thick nylon rope and a rugby (football) sock and presto and old school leash. Does anyone remember those or was it just us in South Africa that used them. That was my first leash back in 78.

We make the custom connectors that the swivels mount in for leashes here in San Clemente. Our clients include Block Surf, Crow Haley, Da Kine, Destination Surf, PBI and Stay Covered.
