A-2) +/-1/2" blended concave nose bottom w/flat deck. B-1) blended 50/50 middle of board to ‘up’ at tail tips(squaretail). B-2) its just a rounded vee tail(round off your vee bottom with screen at rails and remove peak at stringer with hand plane. Just not having an edge on bottom rail gives the illusion of roll, then bring foil sides at tips up to deck to increase tail rail rocker. Hard to put this into correct words so feel free to ask!!!
Just a note—probably the only total “Up” area is the tips the tail rails they are foiled upward of 50/50 probably last few inches (sideways viewing in rack w/side lights will highlight a constant foil on both sides, the goal is to flare up tail tips to better follow upwardly flowing curl line of wave while holding in on both sides(top and bottom) instead of a down rail w/edge which keeps tail on top of water for the most part…
