Some of you might have seen the ad for the Dyno Fish. David is getting set to allow us to have the opportunity to ride the original once again. I met his wife Jan while picking up some blanks on Friday. She was picking up a stack of blanks and introducing her new rep to the guys. She was a gregarious lady that was not afraid to talk to anyone. She was very excited because they were about to start distribution soon. Nice gal. Oh yeah, She picked up several 6 11 Rs’. Magoo
Just don’t ask too many questions, they might think your trying to steal their design. SteveA

Thank God i never involved myself in that early 70’s Laguna underground(Rainbow), another 70’s pschodelic casualty of cosmic airbrush ‘ala’ Hynson is Glen Chase. Sprayed some insane boards probably for $10. or some choice ‘buds’. He’s selling art out of a garage in La Jolla shores, mostly sea scapes. He’s happy, I guess, very humble, probably could write a book about the 60’s-70’s Wind’n’Sea underground. Those years during/after the Viet Namn era were ‘way’ more revolutionary/damaging/cultural/slow/free/High, I wouldn’t change it, but I wouldn’t go back either. Back then I would have been in awe of Nuuhiwa,Hynson, now I wonder what went wrong?

From what my intel has gathered,he still doesn’t have the original > templates like I do.Herb Us and them. It’s all lies.
From what my intel has gathered,he still doesn’t have the original > templates like I do.Herb I had the opportunity to check out what was described as being one of the first Dyno fish boards David has recently produced. I have an original Dyno fish and have been riding a Tyler fish, and I can tell you that the board I checked out was very different from either. As I recall, the board was a triple stringer (I do not recall precisely b/c I was more focused on the rails and the nose - see below) and had a red Dyno logo. The rails were similar to those on my old Dyno fish, as were the fins. The main difference b/n the old Dyno and this new board was the nose - the new board had a big, round “chunky” nose. The new board was also very large - over 7 ft. as I recall. To be honest, it looked more like a longboard nose than what I would have expected. It definitely was much fuller than the nose on my old Dyno, which at first glance looks very much like the current Brom boards.
