Howzit! Haven’t been by for a while…Was just wondering…anyone in the industry currently make NYLON fins?! I had a board in the early '70’s with a removeable NYLON fin (not a lexan). The thing was light, flexed like a dream, and wore like iron. I eventually lost that fin on the reef @ Kaiser’s. Why don’t modern fin makers seem to use this material anymore?! (cost issue?). T.

T. We do. It’s just that we use a glass or carbon filled version for more rigidity.
