well here are some photos of some neet fins i made from an old skate board…if you look close you can see the holes for the truck mounting hardware…the maple was so dang hard to sand…they have a curve in them from the curve of the skateboard used to slide rails…hope to surf it tonight for the first time… more pics on the way…my first wood fins too… thanks taylor o …

yeA that is a resin tint… they are so fun and interesting,had a hard time glassing this board,the tail was the worst had to fill in glass on the inner part of the tail…i did a resin pinline witch turned out more like a rusty nail line…the first batch didnt go off the second batch went too hot , as i pulled the tape…it was a 3 day process that turned out like dirt o well i should have been at work not playing with surfboards…
