paint brush on blank

hi everyone, quick question, can i use a paint brush to paint directly on the blank rather than an airbrush or will the paint go on to thick? Im just trying to paint the rails and the bottom of the board. thanks

yes

thickness depends on you.

use good tape.

yes you can but getting it even and not seeing brush strokes will be tough, just do a colored resin tint and a cutlap.

sure can, it takes alot longer and hard to get a good even finish, choose a rougher-arty style of design to paint that suits the scratchier look that the hand brushing gives…

I use the small foam paint rollers found in any paint or hardware store.  I thin the paint so it soaks into the foam more and looks more even.

a roller is the ticket for painting solid colors.

if you are being artie about it...................... then anything goes.

thanks everyone i appreciate the info

Yes you can paint brush on blank rather but i thought that it will give you a problem while putting colors. But as you told that you have bought paint rollers, So, now there is no problem.

Here’s a very nice example of what appears to be a mixture of air brush and artsy dry brush stroke technique.

Very nice looking paint job.
