Can anybody clue me in to what’s going on in Palm Beach surf-wise? My job entails heading that way for a few days next week and I was curious what the conditions are like. I won’t be dragging a board along - maybe a shop that can rent me one if there’s surf???

John, There’s a site based in Fla. www.2ndlight.com Maybe there’s someone there that can help you out with reports and / or board rentals.
I have quite a few friends that live and surf down there. There are some good spots but it is not that consistent. But when it is working down there it is very fun. The water is warm and clear. With a little bit of travel around the area you can check out quite a few spots. Go to the travel section on surfline.com. They give a spot by spot map and the descriptions are pretty accurate. The shops around Second light (that’s cocoa beach) are too far north to be any help to you. Try Island Water Sports around stuart/jensen beach. They are good people and stuart rocks is super fun when it works. Good luck.
Thanks you guys. I’ll be checking it out.
