Guys, Been checking the site every day for acouple of months and love it. Been making boards a couple of years and livingg where i do, with materials hard to get, I’ve had to reshape a few and am on number 11. Best so far is number3 an 8’4" from a 9’4"S. Brill nose rider and good for a bit of perfomance.19"x22.5"x14"x2.75". Number 10 is a reshape (third) of a 7’3" funboard blank by HOMEBLOWN. 12.5"x19.75"x14.25"x2.25". Question, what is PERFECT. Waves I ride are beachbreak from6" to 8’0"(not Hawian). I’m 51, been surfing since I was 15. I thought 8’0"x12.5"x21.5"x13.5". Good rocker but not flipped exept perhaps in tail. WANT early in (age) but power and explosiveness. HOLY GRAIL? INPUT PLEASE
PS to above. Its winter where I am, air 7deg. water GOD knows. Been in today for an hour or so in 2’0" so believe me I’m not a time waster. I keep my rockers fairly flat but am finding thin noses to do the job no matter what the length.
