Photograph Inlay and Tinted Resin

These are two boards i have finished recently. They have a photograph inlayed underneath the fiberglass and use tinted resins to add color. This site was a great help with the archives and forum. Thanks

This is a 6’10" for overhead to double overhead waves. The photograph on the bottom is black and white and the color was added with tinted resin in the lam and hotcoat.

This board is a 7’6" I shaped for my girlfriend to take to Costa Rica, it rides great. The photograph on the bottom is color and tinted resin was used in the lam to give an overall gold hue to it.

I’m looking to make more boards like these this summer, check out my post in the marketplace if you are interested and working together.

Kevin:

Looks like an addressing problem on your pic link. Here is what one of links you have referenced in you upload:

http://c:/Documents%20and%20Settings/Lab%20User/Desktop/kevin/L1020489.gif

that type of URL won’t fly for a image reference, put them on a freebie hosting site for picture albums or some other anonymous access host.

Whoops, I see that you solved the problem on another post down below. Great looking boards, the screened silk inlays offer some interesting options.
