Nicely done.

yeah, man…it’s amazing what a little artistic talent can get ya. i sure wish i had some of that. but, like many, i’m forced to rely on computer-generated graphics and fonts. here’s the logo for my current project. it’s a short longboard (longboard shape, but only 6’6")…i call it “The Shlong Board”:

That is some dope artwork oldskull. now everytime you paddle out next to a chick you can tell her “I’ve got my one eye on you”

i am a twisted man

Heja Norge!

Nice board Oldskull, I’m also really impressed by how fast You’ve shaped and painted Your board.

Does it have a stringer? Can’t see one. Did You use a hotwire for the rocker and foil?

The artwork is outstanding! If I ever decide on getting a tattoo I’ll try and get to Oslo

Well good luck with the glassing. A piece of advice if You’ve never glassed before is to try out on some small foam leftovers.

I would also suggest You to do cutlaps to avoid screwing up Your nice artwork. I had a lot of problems with loose fiber strands when I glassed my first board.

Also try and get an extra hand to help You wet out the laps which i found difficult to get done before the resin started to gel.

Where will You surf Your board? Do You surf those spots in the North sea south of Oslo?

hello Erik…no theres no stringer…i laminated two foamblocks and put in the rocker (roughly) while they were glued…

then i planned alot of foam to get down to what was close to the rough blank i needed for this fish…

the closest spot is a two hour drive south from oslo…close to Larvik…you probably know the place?..i think this is a perfect testingground for this shape…mushy and slow mostly…or atleast 70% of the time…

goodnight…

Old skull = old soul? If I ever get another tattoo, I’m coming to Norway. Beautiful artwork.
