pics of 6'10" pintail

well today was the day… whent to cats bay on philip island to catch what we could find and start the surfing lessons for Leanne.

Some pics attached… conditions werent great but there where some nicer sets out at left point whith some 6-8’ rogues. Inside was much more old-school 2’ curls… nice for the fotwork on my 9’4"

enjoy the pics - I will cut the fin down a little more when she is popping up and turning confidently.

I managed to take it out at the end of the day for a couple of 3’ers and I can tell that it is going to fly in bigger surf. I took really late take off’s and straight away was sucked down the face into a really nice bottom turn position - it lets you stay up close to the nose - on the drop my front foot was about 12" from the front - and it FLY’S!!!

Next time bells or wollami are pitching 8-10’ I’ll be the green blur going right on my girl’s green hornet.

thanks for the help… only a few finishing touches to polish it off my had a ball with it today.

board No. 2 is christened!!
