I spent a lot of time lurking on this message board learning how to build all this stuff. My girlfriend and I each made a surfboard. They came out great! I'll say - Hotwiring, fill coating, installing fin plugs... and all in the living room!
Looks like you did your homework and made yourself a couple of nice boards. Keep your stuff. Those boards will break or wear out and you'll be wanting to make more eventually.
