Pin the tail on the .......

I’m just about to start on my tail block and wonder if our collected band of experts could steer me in the right direction.

What shape tail would suit this type of board. It’s 8’4" and I’m thinking of a rounded square tail but as I haven’t started on it I would like more opinions.

Of course, do what you like.

Rocker looks kinda flat, from 3’ back from nose to the tail.

I’d go with rounded pin, for least area, keeping the nose up, avoiding pearling.

Squash has most area, forcing nose downwards.

Yeah the pic doesn’t really show the tail lift which is about 2.5". I appreciate your input. Cheers
