pinlines in scotch ....

Have you ever heard about a kind of very thin scotch ( put just before the hotcoat , available in different sizes and opaque colors )could remplace perfectly , the long and difficult pinline work ? I’m looking for the name of this kind of scotch where is it possible to get some , any informations are welcome ! This kind of scotch are used by Barland ( France ), Takayama , Sean Slater , Dick Brewer … Thanks a lot . Renaud

The glue on the tape after awhile would most likely cause problems in the long run,especially if the board was exposed to heat for a period of time.The glue on the pinline is not compatible.Herb
