Hello,
I enjoy riding different types of boards to keep things fresh and gain different perspective. One type i have never tried but itching to do is a planning hull. Been thinking about it for a while and have decided this year maybe right time to try one. Been looking at the Surfboards by Hydronamics - the Fourke model - kinda caught my eye. Any feedback on the differences/experiences with riding a planning hull and/or choosing the right board/size would be greatly appreciated.
I currently have/ride a 9’0 performance longboard, 8’2" fun/hybrid, 6’4" quad fish, 6’10" thruster, 7’0" mini-longboard. Height 5’6" , weight ~ 175lb - experience 20+ years. Typically surf in the Trestles, SanO, Trails area.
Cheers,
Greg
