I hot coated over a “for plastic” paint from Krylon pinline and it didn’t run, lift or mess up in any way. The long vrsion- I finished up a board last week at four in the A.M., including some “for plastic” spray paint from Krylon pinstripes. I left some cloth sand through and scratches that I hot coated over the next day(yes- I’m a hack). In doing so, I went over a four inch length of the pin-- expecting it to run-- but no! Seeing this, I ran a test strip of paint on the nearest plastic garbage can( it was in front of me). I ran cat/resin and cat/resin/wax at .5% all over it-- no run. Scrubbed it with my gloved finger-- no runs. Really scrubbed it with finger for like a minute-- no lie-- just started to pull off a bit. I’m not recomending the stuff. Try your own tests befor you use it. Please. Has anyone ever tried this?
