POSCA drying time on hotcoat?

I searched and found a discussion about drying time for POSCA pens on foam. The conclusion seems to be “better safe than sorry” and to wait 24 hours before laminating. What about drying times for POSCA on hotcoat before laying down the gloss coat? I just did some POSCA lines [1/4"] on a hotcoat [very happy with the results] and the lines seem perfectly dry after one hour.

What do you think? Gloss coat now or wait?

Another thing, as this is my first POSCA on hotcoat, do I need to lightly sand these lines as I do for resin lines before gloss coat?

…you do not wait nothin, but if you want wait, wait…

…when you do a posca pinline, you dry it with a hair dryer…

…i sand the edges lines with 2500grit, then wipe with a rag, then gloss…
