If you’re going to glass the “pre-shaped” blanks and try to make some money, then you might as well learn to shape as well. Don’t get me wrong, glassing is a technical art, but you really can’t put your logo on the “pre-shapes” if you are not involved with the design and shaping aspects of the board. You could use the pre-shaper as a “ghost shaper”, and not tell anyone who actually shaped it…but do you really want to do that?
Yeah mate there’s heaps of money to be made in surfboards, thats why you see the average board builders driving around in Lamberguini’s with big titted young babes hanging off there every word. Wrong profession, try pro surfer.

Thanks for all your comments both good and bad. I have found a guy in Maui that has the Surf board shaping machine that can handle my needs. And if you are someone whom can help as well then please leave me a message. So I’ll see you guys arround and keep you eye’s out for my boards. Jason
