From the pics it looks same as the last few I’ve done but to me it is quite different. This one has a slightly wider outline … thinner, but I spread out the volume toward fuller, less knifey rails.

do you wrap your top lap just to the edge of where the rail meets the bottom?

Thats the deck hotcoat drip line. I thought I waited long enough when I used a hard squeegee along the rail tuck but when I looked later a line of resin had formed. This time I used some cat with the UV cure, so it had already jelled.

what type of blanks are you using?

this one and most of the boards I’ve made have been Bennett foam. This one had Bennett ‘ISO foam’ printed on it and there were none of the small air holes that have previously been appearing while shaping
