Too bad you are on the East Coast. Marko has some public files that they will CNC. One that looks very similar to John’s “wire frame” model. I bought a couple of them recently. I’ll try to get you a pic in the next day or so. Marko is a great resource. They have really upped their game the past year.

Aloha- about fin placement- seems to be where your feet are when you’re paddling. The box on the red board is 22" up.
