Protection for board?

Ok I know this might not be the correct forum to ask, but I’m gonna ask it here because I know there are many people here who know a lot about resins. Here’s my problem. I recently sprayed some graphics on my snowboard (yes, snowboard) and now I’m trying to figure the best way to protect the paint.

This is what my board looks like:

Now I’ve already sprayed several layers of vernish on it but I don’t think that will hold my grahics together for more than a week. So I started to think, and I remembered you guys. When you make a surfboard you’ll need resin, and I thought resin might me a good idea to cover the paint on my snowboard.

Do you think this would be a good idea? Is it completely transparent? (I don’t want my board to get silly colors)

Btw I used Montana Grafiti spraycans…

thnx in advance for your advice, and sorry If I’m not allowed to post this here. The fact is that I don’t know any other forum where people know so much about resins…

Thnx already,

Greg

Clear Varathane floor finish.

That’s what Summit Snowboards, and Harvest/Crap uses on the deck. Read directions, might not adhere to varnish.
