Today I’ve recieved the PVC ordered some days ago… and suprise !!! is not as I expected, intead of a the foamy sheet it’s surface is like polished. My question is : can I use it for a sandwich board? will I have any problems? wich?

Sounds like you might have PVC as in sign making material. I am attaching a picture of each material. Komatex is the PVC for signs. It can be used for stringers. The green grainy foam is Divinycell. It is what you need for sandwich boards.

Ummh… If you want to make a kiteboard wakeboard or the like you could use it for rails or inserts…
As far as surfing goes, I ono… Maybe fin plugs?
