Just wondering if you can get a Q-cell; microparticle and uv resin mix going with some MEKP catalyst. Thinking UV light ain’t going to able to penetrate it set it off.
Short answer - yes.
UV resin goes off under the influence of MEKP, just like ‘normal’ resin.
