I picked up my new board yesterday (7’2" thruster hybrid) and it lacks the super hard edge in the back third of the board which I usually request and have had good luck with…While it does have a hard edge in the fin area, it’s softer or less pronounced ahead of the fins. How will this affect performance (haven’t ridden it yet)?
Probably better, unless the v is in front of the fins then it may feel a little mushy. Go ride 'em! could be the best board you’ve ever had or it may bark! aloha, tom
